Let me introduce you guys to Jacob L. from Orange, Texas! Jacob is building his 1962 Cadillac Deville Town Sedan in honor of his late grandfather who always had the dream to own a late 50’s or early 60’s Cadillac, but passed away before his dream was realized. Being a family man myself, I can completely relate to where Jacob is coming from. Super cool!

Number 2232 out of just 2600, Jacob’s Cadillac, AKA “Betty White,” has a white and rust exterior with a lace design on the roof and a factory white and black interior. It also currently has the factory driveline, but he is working on a swap. Having only had it 6 months (obtained through a trade), Jacob’s had just enough time to establish his big plans for Betty and it’s going to be awesome! A full custom solid red interior, a smooth pearl white exterior (with the lace?), and a complete motor swap. The already custom installed (done by the previous owner--Corey Hildebrant) Accuair full air ride suspension will complete the package.

Many kudos to you Jacob for not only keeping your grandfather’s dream alive, but for making it your own as well! I wish you luck and hope to see pictures of it posted when you get those engine issues resolved and you get to drive it to car shows this season. It’s sure to steal it’s fair share of glances and your grandfather will be super proud!
