Chattanooga Cruise-In 2018
Well, it didn't rain! Man it sure looked like it wanted to though. I stayed at my folks house near Knoxville thinking that would get me at least an hour and a half closer. And, if it did rain, I could hang out at my there and get some things done - the '36 and Bronco. Myself and my middle one cruised the Wildcat over since it was SO nice on Friday. We still planned to go rain or shine, but I was feeling less and less like taking the Wildcat. In the final minutes before we were leaving, I told my folks I WAS taking the Wildcat. I mean...what kind of "car guy" doesn't take his "car" to a cruise-in!?!?! The trip was uneventful and the car just sailed on the interstate. It was awesome. Although, it is a tad too low for not having adjustable suspension. I'll have to work on that. Anyway, the cruise-in turned out great. The rain held off. The crowd was not nearly as much as in previously years but still pretty sweet.
Plus, I got interviewed for Velocity! Of course I needed a haircut and beard trim and was dressed like a bum. Oh well, too late. We look forward to seeing the show aired.
Of course, I took pics of of MoreDoors. Hope you enjoy!
